Return Policy

Qualis Prime accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, with no visible signs of damage.
  • All original packaging and accessories are intact.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not qualify for a return or exchange.

Certain types of products, such as intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from returns.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

If you'd like to exchange your product, contact support@qualisprime.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like in exchange. Please ensure the item meets the return conditions outlined above.


Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take a few days to process between financial institutions. If you haven't received your refund within 5 business days, please contact us at support@qualisprime.com to assist further.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over $80. Qualis Prime is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.


Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
We process and ship orders quickly to meet customer expectations, so cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@qualisprime.com with your order number if you wish to cancel.


Gift Items

For items marked as gifts during purchase, returns will be eligible for a digital gift card equivalent to the value of the return. This gift card will be emailed to the original purchaser or the gift recipient upon request.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to support@qualisprime.com with clear photos and your order details. We will promptly resolve the matter.
