Do I need an account to shop here?
No, you don’t have to create an account — you can always checkout as a guest. But having an account makes things easier: you can track your orders, see your history, and be a part of luck winner very month.
How can I close my account if I don’t want it anymore?
Just email us at support@qualisprime.com and we’ll help you deactivate or delete your account.
Size & Fit
I’m not sure which size to order. What should I do?
Every product page has a size chart with measurements in both cm and inches. We recommend checking your own measurements against it before you order.
What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit me?
No worries. You can return or exchange within 30 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Payment Issues
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are handled securely, so your details are always safe.
Why was my card declined?
Sometimes it’s as simple as a typo in the billing address or card number. If that’s all correct, it may be your bank doing a security check. In that case, try again or contact your bank directly.
Order Related
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, your order will already be in processing and we won’t be able to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can use it anytime to check where your package is.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide with reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on where you live:
- USA: 7–14 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
- Latin America: 15–30 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $69 always qualify for free standard shipping.
During special sales, we also provide free shipping on many items, even if your order is below $69. Look out for the free shipping tag on product pages.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@qualisprime.com with photos, and we’ll make it right for you.
